During the car seat checkup events, technicians will not only check your car seat or child-restraints for safety hazards, but they’ll also teach you everything you need to know about installing them yourself and ensuring it is fitted correctly.

Safe Kids offers free car seat checkup events at cities across the United States that you can attend, absolutely free. Currently, they have events scheduled in Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Find an event near you on the Safe Kids website. You can also go to any of their inspection stations to have a certified technician inspect your car seat and safety restraints. These stations are located in almost every state.

Educational Workshops
